Groups of great professionals often struggle to reach their potential of forming a great team. But I have also seen them transform and grow to great success and having fun working together. Sometimes they just need some support and insight. Therefore I offer Team Coaching Based on Systems Thinking. I was trained as interventionist by Tachles and have a St!R teamcoach certification.

Skilled professionals don’t always form strong teams. I help teams grow in trust, ownership and effectiveness—by uncovering the patterns beneath the surface of daily collaboration.

My approach is grounded in systems thinking, inspired by the work of Jobbeke de Jong and Yvonne Agazarian. It helps teams understand their own dynamics—and shift them in a lasting, constructive way.

Not just individuals, but the team as a system: how structures and interactions create outcomes.

Behavior always makes sense
Even tension or friction has meaning. Together, we explore what role these patterns play in the current team setup.

I bring movement—not quick fixes
You won’t get standard answers, but clarity, new perspectives, and space for the team to take real ownership.

I aim to become unnecessary
I temporarily step into the team’s system—observing, sensing, reflecting. But my goal is for the team to grow strong without ongoing support.
